Pitch Trainer has no accounts and no ads, and it does not track you or build a profile of you. Your progress stays on your own device. The only measurement is anonymous visit counts (see Analytics below).
The "Hum it" mode uses your microphone to work out which note you are singing. The audio is analysed on your device as it arrives. It is not recorded, saved, or sent anywhere. The microphone switches off when you leave the Hum it tab.
Your progress, settings and daily streak are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them. You can copy a backup code from Settings. The site sets no cookies.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, as described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy. I do not receive or use that information to identify anyone.
To see roughly how many people use the site, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views and visits and reports general things like country, browser and device type, plus page load speed. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you or identify you personally. I only see anonymous totals. Because this runs on the site's own hostname, some browsers or ad blockers may block it. Details are in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If this changes, for example by adding ads or different analytics, this page will be updated first.
